Time To DO This

I’m not sure I can do this.  Not this year.  I feel overwhelmed.  I’m getting reacquainted with my students after being off work for two months, and I still tire quickly.  Report cards are due soon, and I’m still getting reacquainted with my students.  Last night when I went to bed it looked like spring.  Today at 5:05 am, school was cancelled, winter is back.  Time to get reaquainted with Slicers!Displaying IMG_2714.JPG

  1. I felt like that last year for various and sundry reasons. Made it thru....limped some of the time. But I made it thru! You can too!

  2. So glad you decided to make it back. Slicing has a regenerative effect on us I think. Rest and do what you can. You can do it!

  4. Snow days are a nice treat when you are overwhelmed. I hope that through your slicing it can create a little time for yourself and share some frustrations. I always find it a bit of therapy when I discover others understand what I am going through. Good Luck!

  6. Just give it a little bitty go! Don't overwhelm. Maybe just a quick recap of how you are reacquainting yourself with students and little energy meter on the side!

  7. Take baby steps and do skinny slices. Maybe this snow day was a gift so you could squeeze in a slice.
